Andrew Nicholas

Andrew J. Nicholas, CPA, has more than 14 years of experience in public accounting, including former Big Four experience. Andrew assists multinational and mid-size companies in the retail, manufacturing and distribution industries with income tax compliance, implementation of complex tax planning strategies and representation before the Internal Revenue Service and State jurisdictions.

As an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA), Andrew remains on the forefront of industry and regulation changes. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in accounting from University of Texas – San Antonio.
