Charlie Anastasia

Charlie Anastasia, CPA, brings 25 years of public accounting experience, including former Big Four experience. He provides extensive tax structuring, tax preparation, sales tax, partnership taxation, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial accounting knowledge to the real estate, private equity and family office industries. With significant experience in providing services to opportunity funds, equity REITs and high net worth individuals, Charlie offers diverse and comprehensive knowledge to his clients.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New York and New Jersey, Charlie is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). He earned his bachelors of business administration in accounting, magna cum laude, from Baruch College where he is now an adjunct professor in accountancy.
