Greg Bailes, CPA, has more than 37 years of experience in public accounting, including 28 years of Big Four experience. With a practice concentration in project, business and risk management, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, auditing and consulting on a wide range of business issues, Greg brings diverse experience and technical knowledge to his clients. He has experience serving clients in the manufacturing, professional services, distribution, energy, real estate and retail industries, in addition to his technology industry qualifications.
Greg is the former presiding officer of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, having been appointed to the board by then Governor Rick Perry in 2005 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on numerous boards and committees for community and civic organizations and the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1980.
