Tim Oest

Tim Oest, CPA, has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and in-depth knowledge of business operations. He transitioned to information technology within the assurance, advisory and tax industry, and now he provides digital transformation and automation services as part of Weaver’s team.

Tim programs in multiple languages and supports clients with a wide range of services, including addressing the need for cybersecurity measures, leading IT governance and risk management, server/desktop virtualization, network design and implementation and application development engagements. He also helps clients manage budgeting, analysis and cost controls, as well as advises on process improvement, efficiency, user experience, cost reduction, actionable insights and aligning strategies to meet business goals.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). He received a Master of Science in management information systems from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Hofstra University.
