Tracy Elms

Tracy Elms, CPA, has more than 40 years of public accounting experience with a practice concentration in tax, business consulting and transactional advisory services. Providing services including capital formation, business start-up and reorganization, partnership taxation, acquisitions, mergers and divestitures, estates and trusts and tax-free exchanges, primarily for the oil and gas, real estate, ranching and investment industries, are areas of focus and the foundation of Tracy’s extensive career.

As an active member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America and the Permian Basin Petroleum Association, in addition to several accounting professional organizations, Tracy remains on the forefront of industry and regulation changes. Tracy has served in numerous leadership roles with community and civic organizations. He graduated with a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Texas Tech University.
