With more than three decades of state and local government consulting experience, he has led large-scale projects in business process improvement, financial and organizational assessments, financial and business transformations, grant management, technology implementations, workforce development, stakeholder outreach and inclusion, employee engagement and change management for government entities nationwide. Additionally, he has experience planning, managing and monitoring a variety of complex federal disaster relief funding programs. Most recently, he worked with multiple state and local governments to develop funding strategies and ensure regulatory compliance in response to COVID-19 grant activities.
“In addition to his extensive government industry experience, Todd brings a deep understanding of the reporting and compliance management demands our clients face,” said Alyssa Martin, National Strategy Leader, Large Market and Public Entities. “His innovative approach to project management will be a game changer for our clients as they manage new funding and explore innovative ways to improve their communities.”
