Weaver's Inspire Diversity and Inclusion Initiative

Inspire was developed at a time when the industry had rules that were inflexible, making it difficult for working women and mothers to balance their home-life responsibilities. It made it possible to talk openly about those challenges and the firm took action to find solutions to make it possible for us to support and retain the best of our class through flexibility, technology and mentoring.

In combination with our new core values, we have now expanded Inspire to encompass everyone. Internally, it means giving all personnel the opportunity to participate in ways that effectively support an exchange of ideas and learning.
