Tigran Hovasapyan

Tigran Hovasapyan, CPA, has more than ten years of experience in public accounting, including five years with Big Four accounting firms. He specializes in audits of financial services clients, with a focus in private equity, venture capital and real estate. Additionally, Tigran has experience with registered funds and other audits under PCAOB standards. He has directed and managed audits of alternative investment fund complexes with assets under management ranging from $50 million to $15 billion.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CALCPA), Los Angeles chapter. Tigran is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and accounting from the University of California — Santa Barbara.
