Brandon Hayes

Brandon Hayes, CMI, has more than 23 years of experience in state and local tax matters, including former Big Four experience. He focuses on providing value-added guidance to help clients navigate the nuance of state and local tax issues including taxability consulting, state tax nexus analyses, voluntary disclosure agreements, state and local tax compliance and process improvements, sales and use tax recovery, audit defense, and dispute resolution.  He works with both domestic and international clients across several industries including construction, energy, health care, hospitality and manufacturing, distribution, and retail.

Brandon is a Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (CMI), which recognizes professional achievement in sales and use taxation.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
