Brandon Hayes

Brandon Hayes, CMI, has more than 24 years of experience in state and local tax matters, including former Big Four experience. He focuses on providing value-added guidance to help clients navigate the nuance of state and local tax issues including taxability consulting, state tax nexus analyses, voluntary disclosure agreements and state and local tax compliance. Brandon also concentrates on process improvements, sales and use tax recovery, audit defense and dispute resolutions. His domestic and international clients span across several industries including construction, energy, health care, hospitality, manufacturing and distribution, retail and technology.

Brandon is a certified member (CMI) of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, which recognizes professional achievement in sales and use taxation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
