Dallas Dugger

For 11 years, Dallas Dugger, CPA, has audited a wide array of not-for-profit and governmental entities, including service organizations, foundations, public school districts, private schools, universities and colleges, large municipalities and cities. As partner, he reviews financial statements for proper reporting and disclosures and supervises and reviews the work of engagement team staff. Dallas has extensive experience performing single audits in accordance with Uniform Guidance. He is also experienced in auditing and verifying valuation of alternative investments, especially for foundations, endowments and higher education. His audit experience also covers a wide array of commercial industries, including health care, manufacturing, technology, distribution and retail as well as early staged companies and business combinations.

A Certified Public Accountant, Dallas is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA). He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of North Texas.
