Donny Springer

Donny A. Springer, ASA, has provided appraisal services for more than 13 years, focusing on engagements for employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and related valuation and financial advisory services, as well as estate and gift tax valuations. His valuation experience includes engagements for a variety of purposes including ESOP transactions and annual updates and estate and gift tax.

Donny is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), designated in Business Valuation, and has completed Level I and Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program administered by the CFA Institute. He is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership and The ESOP Association. Donny is a past Chair of The ESOP Association’s Valuation Advisory Committee and is on the steering committee of The Northwest Chapter of The ESOP Association. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, finance, from Portland State University and is a graduate of the Bend Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Bend program and the Portland Business Alliance’s Leadership Portland program.
