InspireCULTURE Inclusion Initiative

InspireCULTURE is an extension of our culture fostered throughout the firm. The initiative is led by our Inspire Advisory Board and supported by our Inclusion Impact Teams, which are groups that exchange insights and experiences around shared, inclusion-related interests. These leaders, with the support of our firm and culture leaders, invest significantly in programming to develop our employees both personally and professionally. In addition to impact team initiatives that are offered year-round, our flagship event is our Inspire Summit, a comprehensive training and development workshop focused on inclusion.

The firm has seen tangible impact and change thanks to the progressive focus of Inspire, and we will continue evolving to meet the needs of our people including inclusion, mentorship and empowerment for all.

As an extension of our INSPIRECulture initiative, Impact Teams are groups of individuals who exchange their views, insights and experiences around a shared, inclusion-related interest. These groups serve as platforms for mentoring, community, ally-ship and positive change related to internal and external DEIB initiatives and goals at Weaver. Our Impact Teams include:

Celebrating Cultural Diversity

Supports multiculturalism in the workplace by educating employees about diverse cultures and experiences and building a positive and inclusive work environment for people of all races and ethnicities. This team achieves this through event planning, awareness programs and community support. 

Empower

Discusses specific challenges that women face in the accounting and consulting industry and focuses on career growth, mentorship and ultimately, the retention of women leaders at the firm. The team achieves this through event planning, women-focused initiatives, and leadership building activities.

Expand the Reach

Expands access for under-represented communities in the accounting and consulting industry. This team also channels recruiting efforts to enable more diversity within business majors while also inspiring high school students to pursue careers in business through scholarships, mentoring and internships.

Pride

Supports employees that identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community by advancing gender and sexuality inclusion initiatives. This group actively works toward creating a more inclusive environment at Weaver.
