InspireCULTURE Inclusion Initiative

Equality, diversity and opportunity are strategic priorities at Weaver, which is why Weaver’s inclusion initiative — InspireCULTURE — is vital to maintaining the outstanding culture we have built. InspireCULTURE is a firmwide initiative focused on attracting and growing the next generation of leaders through visibility, progression, advocacy and support.

Initially launched as a women’s career development program in 2005, Inspire has since evolved to be inclusive of all people at Weaver. Through the initiative, we empower our entire workforce with resources and programs that are as diverse as our people.
