Michael D. Iwanczuk, CPA, has more than 20 years of experience providing tax and financial planning for government contractors, construction companies, professional service providers (including doctors, lawyers and payroll providers), technology companies, private foundations and entrepreneurial ventures. He frequently serves as an outsourced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for his clients, providing financial strategy and direction as well as hands-on financial support, including QuickBooks implementation, training and adjustments. Michael brings a proactive approach to tax planning and is passionate about financial planning and optimization. He actively collaborates with business owners to identify tax strategies, planning opportunities and compliance solutions.

Michael is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Maryland, he earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Maryland.
