Nicole Mulanaphy, PE, is a Partner in Weaver’s Energy Compliance Services practice and has 20+ years of experience in environmental regulatory consulting services. She focuses on QAP services, independent engineering reviews and general consulting related to RFS program compliance. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with experience in the biogas, biodiesel and renewable diesel production process, with a emphasis on performing mass and energy balances. She is also an accredited Lead Verifier under the CARB LCFS. Nicole also has a strong understanding of air quality permitting, indoor and ambient air quality assessments, environmental noise assessments, reporting and emergency response preparedness, and waste management compliance and utilization audits.
Nicole earned a Master of Science in environmental engineering and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
