Robert Holzhauer

Robert Holzhauer, CPA, LCFS, LCFSV, has more than 15 years of public accounting experience, with extensive involvement in performing agreed-upon procedures required under the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Title 40, Part 80 and now Part 1090, as administered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as well as in-line blending audits. Robert is an accredited Lead Verifier under the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) and the Oregon Clean Fuels Program (CFP). Additionally, Robert is accredited to conduct verification services as a Lead Verifier and oil and gas systems specialist under the CARB Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Regulation (MRR). He has consulted on many aspects of the regulations, including a number of multi-national companies surrounding regulatory best practices – processes, procedures and templates. Robert brings comprehensive technical skills to each of his clients.

Robert is a certified public accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA). He graduated with a bachelor of business administration in accounting from Texas A&M University.
