Zeeshan Khan

Zeeshan Khan, CPA, leads Weaver’s Oklahoma City Audit Practice and has 18 years of accounting experience — primarily at a Big Four firm — working with both public and private companies, with particular emphasis in the oil and gas, renewable energy, manufacturing and retail industries. He has extensive experience managing financial statement audits, quarterly reviews and transactional related items such as comfort letters and Pro Forma Financial Statements. In addition, he helps clients achieve compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and SEC financial reporting requirements. As a Big Four accountant, Zeeshan relocated multiple times to serve strategic client needs; he worked in three different cities across the U.S. and was stationed in an international office for four years.

Zeeshan is a Certified Public Accountant registered in Texas, Oklahoma and California and has been active in local civic organizations such as Junior Achievement, YMCA and the Chamber of Commerce. He earned both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in business administration from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas with a concentration in accounting.
