Time Off
- Scheduled time off (STO) — employees are encouraged to take a few weeks of well-deserved rest and relaxation each year
- To take up to two consecutive weeks of scheduled time off, employees will obtain approval from their direct report manager
- Paid maternity leave (12 weeks) and paternity leave (six weeks)
- Paid holidays — 13 observed annually + one disconnect week, where employees are encouraged to take STO and refresh
- Paid bereavement and jury duty leave
- Paid Self and Family Care Leave (SFCL) — when caring for a qualified family member, the available leave is between one and five weeks
- One to two years of service: Two weeks of paid leave
- Three+ years of service: Five weeks of paid leave
- For leave due to an employee’s own serious health condition, the maximum paid leave is six weeks for employees with one+ years of service
- Paid sick and safe time off — all full-time and part-time employees will be granted 56 hours of sick and safe leave annually
- In states where mandated sick leave benefits exceed this amount, employees will receive the required number of hours
- For interns and temporary employees, sick and safe leave will be accrued on a pro-rated basis
