Weaver Grows TAS with Zi Wang, Director

HOUSTON (April 3, 2024) – National accounting and advisory firm, Weaver, welcomes Zi Wang as a director in its Transaction Advisory Services practice.

Zi has spent 10 years in accounting and financial advisory within the Big Four leading financial diligence services for private equity investors and strategic corporate buyers. In his most recently role, Zi worked within quality of earnings and net working capital analyses including historical financial and operational trends, key performance indicators, cash flows, deal valuation and forecast models.

Based in Austin, Zi’s experience includes leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers, cross-border transactions, carve-outs and large take-private deals in technology, media and telecommunications and software-as-a-service.

Zi is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Management from Nanjing Audit University in Nanjing, China.
