Youmna Assad Joins Weaver’s Alternative Investment Practice in California

HOUSTON (July 11, 2024) – National accounting and advisory firm, Weaver, is pleased to announce the addition of Youmna Assad, CPA, as an assurance partner in the firm’s growing Alternative Investment Fund practice. She is based in Weaver’s Sacramento, California, office.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial reporting and auditing, Youmna has managed complex attest engagements with a focus on investment funds and real estate. She has led audits, reviews, compilations and agreed-upon procedures for real estate private equity funds, private debt funds and venture capital funds within the commercial real estate industry and offers a deep understanding of various basis of reporting, fund structures, investment strategies, allocations and waterfalls.

Youmna is a California certified public accountant. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (accountancy) from California State University and earned an Executive MBA from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
