Michael Seaback

Michael Seaback, CPA, has more than 12 years of experience in professional services, in which he has led audits, reviews and compilations spanning diverse sectors including aviation, manufacturing and distribution, oil and gas, banking and general commercial services. His career started in public accounting at Weaver, where he gained experience focused on providing financial statement attestation for both non-public and public client services. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, private-equity-backed portfolio companies, global engagements with group audit requirements and performing audits in accordance with SEC rule 3-05. He also has experience in the industry, serving as chief financial officer in the energy sector as well as founding an accounting and finance consulting firm. He returns to Weaver as director, leading engagements from planning to execution, maintaining communication with clients and monitoring quality on financial audits of all sizes.

Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA). He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and accounting as well as a Master of Business Administration in accounting from Texas Christian University.
