Guided by Values, Grounded in Action: Weaver’s 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report
Weaver’s 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report demonstrates how the firm continues to integrate sustainability into its business strategy by aligning growth, accountability and transparency to create long-term value for clients, employees and communities.
This year’s report marks an important milestone: Weaver’s first double materiality assessment, a process that examines both how environmental and social issues affect our business and how our activities impact the world around us. This dual-lens approach reflects evolving global reporting standards, such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and strengthens the connection between our sustainability strategy and corporate objectives.
Key Highlights:
Environmental
Weaver continues to strengthen the connection between environmental performance and long-term business resilience. Our 2025 initiatives move beyond tracking environmental data to actively managing and improving performance across our operations. By expanding measurement to include Scope 3 emissions and physical risk factors, Weaver gained a clearer view of how our operations intersect with climate-related challenges. These insights are shaping new policies, office standards and community initiatives that reduce impact and promote responsible growth.
2025 focus areas:
- Conducted a detailed inventory of Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions under the GHG Protocol
- Performed a physical and transition climate risk assessment across U.S. leased offices using FEMA’s National Risk Index
- Introduced a firmwide Sustainability Policy and Human Rights Policy, eliminating Styrofoam™ and reducing single-use plastics
- Incorporated data from Weaver India offices into global environmental reporting
- Hosted firmwide volunteer events through our For the Earth initiative, including projects benefiting numerous organizations across Weaver markets
- Reported that 80% of our buildings have ENERGY STAR® or LEED certifications
