Joe Spallone

Joe Spallone has 17 years of experience in public accounting and legal tax matters. He is a leader in Weaver’s state and local tax practice supporting incoming and franchise tax engagements. He has a strong background in state tax compliance and reporting as well as managing state tax projects including due diligence, state tax planning and state tax controversies. Joe has served as an executive director of state tax compliance and reporting, leading a team responsible for state income and franchise tax filings. Joe has previously worked as director at Big Four accounting firms and served as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Tax Court.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science from Mercy College and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law.
