Louis Brown

With more than 20 years of tax advisory experience, Louis Brown, CPA, PFS, serves as a partner for Weaver’s Private Client Tax Services group. He primarily focuses on tax-efficient strategies for high-net-worth individuals, multigenerational wealth preservation and complex estate structures with substantial, diversified holdings. Louis provides tax compliance services for individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships, closely held corporations and not-for-profit entities. He works closely with clients’ attorneys, investment managers and other professional advisors to provide holistic, well-rounded solutions that protect clients’ wealth, reduce potential conflicts and streamline execution of their estate plans. He brings extensive industry and technical knowledge to his clients, working through strategies and complex transactions to deliver the best results.

Louis is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA). He earned a Master of Science in financial planning and services from The American College of Financial Services and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting from Thomson Edison State University.
