Andrea Gianni

Andrea Gianni, CPA, has more than 20 years of public accounting experience helping clients fortify their internal controls, optimize efficiencies and ensure compliance. She provides audit, review, compilation and attestation services to labor unions, not-for-profits, employee benefit plans and commercial clients. In addition, she has significant experience with various information returns, such as forms 990, 990-T and 5500.

Andrea is well acquainted with labor union reporting requirements with the Office of Labor-Management Standards, such as the forms LM-2, LM-3 and LM-4. Andrea excels in working with people and intentionally develops collaborative relationships with clients while fostering a strong team dynamic, leading to high-quality work, effective communication and robust problem-solving capabilities.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Maryland, Andrea is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). She earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
