Angela Joseph

With a career spanning 22 years, Angela Joseph, CPA, has deep experience in federal and state tax compliance, provisions and tax planning for both private and public middle market companies. As part of Weaver’s technology industry team, Angela serves technology clients, as well as those in financial services, professional services and manufacturing with a special emphasis on those that have multi-state operations. With a background in private industry, she understands how to help companies across various stages — from startup to growth and expansion. Angela is heavily involved in Weaver’s tax training initiatives and has led, taught and coordinated local and firmwide trainings.

Angela is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA). She earned a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Administration in marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
