A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Carmine is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), an Employee Benefits Committee Member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Brooklyn College.
