David Lange

David Lange, CIA, has more than 17 years of experience leading large-scale projects in SOX, internal audit, enterprise risk management, compliance, business process improvement and project management. His experience includes engagements in a variety of industries such as energy and utilities, financial services, health care and life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, retail and consumer products and services, technology and telecom. David leads the strategy, implementation, execution and transformation of Internal Audit and SOX programs for clients, where he advises senior leadership on how to best prioritize and address risk, compliance and audit issues. He works with all three Lines of Defense for a holistic, combined assurance approach.

David is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in financial services and planning from Baylor University.
