Gary McIntosh, CPA, CFF, has more than 54 years of public accounting experience, including 27 years managing his own public accounting firm. Gary’s practice concentration is in estate planning, succession planning and business operations including business mergers, sales and acquisitions. With experience in the real estate development and investment, construction, restaurants, manufacturing, retail and professional service industries, Gary brings diverse experience to each of his clients. In addition, he is certified in Financial Forensics, does litigation support work and experienced at analyzing and tracing transactions.
Gary is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants where he served as a member of the Board of Directors for three years, as well as the past chairman of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants at both the state and local levels. He is also involved with many community and civic organizations, including being the founding director of the Downtown Austin Partners organization. Gary is a frequent lecturer in university accounting departments throughout the state, and has taught more than 50 courses for various professional organizations. He earned a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from the University of Texas.
