Hershel Stern

Hershel Stern, CPA, has more than 12 years of experience in public accounting. He provides tax and consulting services for a variety of clients, such as real estate companies, inclusive of advising on qualified opportunity zone/funds, Section 1031 exchanges and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits. He has served retail, distribution, media and entertainment businesses, as well as High Net Worth individuals, filing forms such as 1120S,1065, 1040,1041 and 990PF. Hershel has successfully represented clients on IRS audits and various state audits. He has also represented clients with criminal tax charges, successfully reducing taxes and penalties.

Hershel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a member of The New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) and the AICPA. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with a dual major in accounting and economics from Queens College.
