Jason Avila, CPA, has more than 19 years of public accounting experience and four years of private industry experience. He has extensive experience working with private and public middle market companies on federal and state compliance, IRS exam representation, tax planning, tax provisions and transaction work. Jason brings a great balance of technical knowledge, practicality and personal service to his clients. He focuses on various industries including manufacturing and distribution, technology, retail and restaurants.
Jason is a member of several organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and CalCPA. He graduated with a Master of Science in taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from California State University of Fullerton.
