Jennifer Dang

Jennifer Dang, CPA, CGMA, has more than 12 years of accounting and advisory experience with a variety of privately held entities and publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Weaver, Jennifer co-founded PJ LLP, where she provided accounting advisory services, which included monthly client accounting services and technical accounting consulting, to her clients. Her experience includes preparing financial forecast and cash burn, preparation of US GAAP financial statements, audit preparation, assisting with financial due diligence and advising on complex accounting matters. Jennifer has experience in working with many high-growth and mature companies, including e-commerce, software-as-a service (SaaS), software developers, hardware manufacturers and manufacturers/distributors. She has helped companies prepare for annual financial statement audits and financial transactions, implement accounting standards and procedures, manage and improve month-end closing processes, analyze complex accounting issues and prepare for Initial Public Offering.

Jennifer is a certified public accountant in California and a chartered global management accountant (CGMA). She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and economics from the University of California – Los Angeles.
