Linc Ashby

Linc Ashby strategically manages, organizes, and provides executive coaching services to both those at Weaver and beyond. Linc pioneered the WeaverLEAD program, which strengthens the firm’s overall focus on learning and development through individual coaching sessions and leadership development programs. He works closely with team members firmwide to meet their personal and professional goals. He also provides strategic support and direction to Weaver’s recruiting team to attract and retain top talent. In addition to working with those at Weaver, Linc co-leads the firm’s Executive and Leadership Coaching Services (XLCS) practice, which offers a range of coaching services to Weaver’s clients nationally including executive and leadership coaching, team coaching, succession planning, well-being coaching and emotional intelligence coaching services.

Prior to joining Weaver in 2021, Linc spent more than 20 years as a pastor, school administrator and chaplain, shaping the culture of communities through speaking, mentoring, coaching and leadership development. He earned a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and mathematics from Vanderbilt University. Linc completed the CoachRICE leadership coaching program through Rice University’s Doerr Institute and earned the credential of PCC (Professional Certified Coach) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
