Mark Sheets

Mark Sheets, CPA, is a tax partner-in-charge in Weaver’s Oklahoma City office. He began his career with a Big Four accounting firm, where he worked for nine years before leaving to start his own tax firm. In 2007, that firm merged with an audit and assurance practice to form HSPG, a full-service audit, assurance and tax firm, where Mark was a partner. Mark devotes much of his time to providing services for high-wealth individuals and families. He also serves clients in major Oklahoma industries, including oil and gas and real estate. At Weaver, he is committed to expanding the firm’s presence by building an office that is growing and thriving as a leader in the Oklahoma City market.

Mark is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Accountants (OSCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Oklahoma Christian University.
