Marvin Ferguson

Marvin Ferguson, CPA, has more than eight years of public accounting and seven years of industry experience. He specializes in federal and state taxation planning and compliance including partnerships, corporations and individuals for various industries including retail, manufacturing, oil and gas, hospitality and real estate. He also has experience with multi-tier and multi-generational structures, business startup planning, and general accounting services.

Marvin is an active member of the AICPA and the TXCPA. He earned both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
