Matthew Slack, CPA, has more than 12 years of public accounting experience, including over 10 years with a Big Four accounting firm. His work has been focused on the real estate and infrastructure industries, servicing public and private companies as well as private equity and venture capital funds. Matthew also has experience serving financial service clients, including broker dealers and asset managers. Matthew spends extensive time delivering high-quality audit and attest services under GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. He is also experienced in providing SEC filers with audit and attest services related to 10K, 10Q, S-3, S-4 filings as well as debt and equity issuances.
Matthew is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) – Suffolk Chapter, and a chairperson of the NYSSCPA Suffolk Chapter Real Estate & Construction Committee. A Certified Public Accountant in New York, Matthew earned a Master of Science in accounting from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Bryant University.
