Michael Landry, CPA, has 28 years of experience in public accounting. He manages and delivers tax consulting, planning and compliance services to middle-market companies, high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs. Michael has substantial industry experience in the area of professional services, manufacturing and distribution and life settlement funds. He offers planning and transactional analysis of mergers and acquisitions on the sale side, as well as other frequently encountered issues involving after-tax family wealth accumulation and estate matters.

Michael is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA) and the tax section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
