Rahul Shah, CPA, has 18 years of public accounting experience with a focus on audits and reviews of financial statements of companies in the construction, manufacturing, distribution and commercial industries.

Rahul has significant experience with business combination accounting, equity transactions, inventory costing and allowances, and the percentage of completion method of accounting.

Rahul is a member of the Dallas chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Beta Alpha Psi. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
