Scott Winkler, CPA, has over thirteen years of experience in public accounting, specializing in audit and advisory services for investment companies and entities within the financial services industry. Scott’s clientele spans across a diverse range of private investment funds, including private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge funds and funds of funds. He has directed and managed audits of alternative asset fund complexes varying from emerging managers to large-scale investment funds. His knowledge also extends to US GAAP and Lux/Dutch GAAP reporting for investment companies.

Scott regularly collaborates closely with clients, offering valuable insights on matters related to fair value, fund waterfall structures, and compliance and reporting requirements. A Certified Public Accountant, Scott is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Scott earned a Master of Science in finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University.
