Selina J. McUmber

Selina McUmber, MAI, CRE, MRICS, has over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation services. She focuses on the valuation of industrial, office, retail, and multi-family commercial properties throughout the US and Latin America for financial report and lending purposes. She also appraises vacant land, residential subdivision developments, residential condominium developments and mixed-use developments. Selina works closely with the firm’s national real estate industry team to provide specialty valuation services for real estate investment funds. Selina’s clientele includes pension funds, pension fund advisers, investment advisers, corporations, life insurance companies, developers, national and regional financial institutions, conduit lenders, mortgage loan servicers, attorneys and accountants.

Selina is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in 16 states, a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), a member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE®) and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Selina earned her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University and her Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois.
