Solomon Dado, CPA, has nearly 15 years of experience in public accounting. He provides, corporations, S-corporations, partnerships and high net worth individuals comprehensive tax compliance and planning services. Additionally, he prepares provisions (ASC-740) for privately held corporate clients, and assists with buy-side and sell-side merger and acquisition activities. He also guides clients through tax controversy and audit issues, successfully representing clients before the IRS and state and local jurisdictions. He earned a Master of Science in taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accountancy from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
