Sparsh Varma

Sparsh Varma has more than 16 years of experience leading enterprise technology, data and digital transformation initiatives across the energy industry. At Weaver, Sparsh leads technology advisory and digital transformation initiatives that support midcap energy operators on their operational technologies that enhance enterprise system modernization, data platform integration and operational optimization.

Throughout his career, Sparsh has focused on bridging the gap between technology and business strategy. He has led multiple post acquisition IT and operations integrations, implemented enterprise-scale modernization programs and developed governance frameworks that support compliance, data integrity and cybersecurity. Sparsh brings deep domain experience in digital transformation, SCADA systems, field operations, production accounting and ERP modernization, leveraging cloud-based analytics to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.

Sparsh earned a Master of Business Administration in management from the Texas A&M University – Victoria and a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems from the University of Houston. Sparsh is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
