Srinivasan (Srini) Hariharan

Srinivasan (Srini) Hariharan has more than 25 years of experience building global teams and leading large‑scale transformation initiatives for professional services organizations across North America, the Middle East and the Asia‑Pacific region. His career has focused on supporting scalable growth and global delivery models for technology, public accounting and professional services firms.

As partner-in-charge of Weaver’s India operations, Srini leads the continued growth and integration of the firm’s presence in India, with a focus on scaling the Global Capability Center (GCC) as an extension of Weaver’s audit, tax and advisory services. He works closely with national practice leaders and India‑based leadership to integrate and scale operations, supporting quality, utilization and service delivery across the firm. He previously supported the early‑stage development of Weaver’s offshore operations in a consulting capacity, helping scale the team to approximately 150 professionals, and has contributed to technology and software development initiatives.

Srini holds a Master of Business Administration from Anna University in India as well as a Bachelor of Technology in chemical cngineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology in India.
