Zachary Parkins, CIRA, CFE, has over 17 years of experience supporting clients through restructuring, bankruptcy, forensic investigations, litigation support and operational and financial due diligence matters. His diverse industry experience includes retail, pharmaceuticals, financial institutions, automotive, gaming, municipalities, private equity, professional employer organizations, government corruption and oil and gas.
Throughout his career, Zachary has led restructuring and wind‑down engagements for distressed entities, advised C‑suite executives and managed day‑to‑day operations for client organizations. Earlier in his career, Zachary held leadership roles at several national advisory firms where he managed complex forensic accounting investigations, supported receiverships and trustee engagements and served as a primary drafter of expert reports in fraud investigations and bankruptcy‑related litigation.
A certified fraud examiner (CFE) and certified insolvency and restructuring advisor (CIRA), Zachary earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Admin in economics from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law. He has also been published on topics related to litigation and dispute resolution.
