David Rook Named Weaver’s Chief Operating Officer

Weaver announced this month that David Rook, CPA, has been named Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will implement the firm’s strategic vision and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of practices firm-wide. Rook has provided public accounting services with a focus on audit services to public and private companies in the energy and manufacturing industries for more than 22 years. 

“David is very analytical and understands the critical components of managing a CPA firm,” said CEO and Managing Partner John Mackel. “He will focus on helping our partners and firm leaders drive and effectively manage growth, control costs and mitigate risk, while living the firm’s core values. His leadership will be invaluable as the firm continues to grow and mature.”
