Weaver Attends the University of Houston’s Department of Accountancy & Taxation Banquet

Last month, employees from Weaver’s Houston office attended the University of Houston’s Department of Accountancy & Taxation Advisory Board Awards Banquet at the Houston Racquet Club. The event, a celebration of the accounting department’s program and students, honored Outstanding Alumnus Paul Peacock, as well as several exceptional students and faculty members. Student recipients were recognized for their leadership and academic achievements, while faculty members received accolades for their outstanding teaching, service and research. Participants enjoyed a delightful evening of networking among students and faculty and celebrating the successes of the award recipients.

Weaver has participated in a variety of on-campus recruiting activities this year at the University of Houston, including the Accounting Career Fair, the Beta Alpha Psi Track Night and our favorite – the Spring Colloquium Panel and Career Mixer.
