Transferring from Houston, this strategic leadership transition supports Weaver’s continued expansion across California and highlights the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients on the West Coast.

Rawan began her career with Weaver as an intern and has more than 10 years of public accounting experience in energy, government, single employer plans and commercial audits. She contributes significantly to Weaver’s learning and development programs, training staff nationwide on audit methodology, and has supported the integration of the firm’s India-based teams into the Audit practice.
