IRS Publishes Form 8849 Schedule 3 for 2015 Claims

The IRS has posted the Schedule 3 to Form 8849 that is to be used to claim biodiesel mixture and alternative fuel excise tax credits for 2015 and 2016. The form has instructions at the top, including a note not to combine 2015 and 2016 claims. All 2015 claims must be made on one form. The form can be found here.
