Weaver’s Grants Center of Excellence team has the skills and relationships to help our clients obtain maximum grant funding, and efficiently, effectively, and compliantly apply for, administer and close out all types of federal grant funds.

Our team works collaboratively with grantors and grantees to help them design grant programs and maximize grant funding opportunities; flag potential fraud, waste and abuse; and achieve full compliance on grant programs. With an eye on close-out from day one, our team supports rapid response, efficient execution and cost-effective delivery of services throughout the grants management lifecycle.

• Formulate and implement grant pursuit strategies to maximize funding
• Develop compelling, comprehensive, and compliant grant applications
• Write grant proposals and assist with the application process
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement impactful grant-funded programs
• Develop policies and procedures to minimize risk, including creating job aids and training staff
• Review and monitor grant compliance procedures
• Audit grant expenditures
• Evaluate internal controls
• Create effective frameworks for reporting compliance and managing risks
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to build stakeholder and community confidence
