Clayton Stafford

Clayton Stafford brings more than 20 years of experience leading integration, separation and transaction execution initiatives, with a focus on helping organizations capture value across complex M&A transactions. Clayton’s experience spans a range of industries, including energy, chemicals, environmental services, telecommunications, technology and health care. He has led post-integration advisory efforts, establishing integration governance frameworks, defining deal value drivers and guiding cross-functional teams through execution.

He also has a strong background in transaction advisory, leading buy and sell-side engagements and managing large-scale integration and separation efforts. He has advised Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms on day one readiness, synergy and standalone cost analysis, transition services agreements and governance design.

Clayton earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in psychology, both from Louisiana State University.
