Eileen Sullivan

Eileen Sullivan, PhD, brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in public sector and higher education leadership with focus on organization and human resource transformation, coaching and mentoring, change management, human capital and leadership development. Throughout her career, Eileen has helped public sector organizations strengthen their organizational capabilities, navigate organizational change and respond to complex challenges.

Eileen’s experience also includes working in a Big Four firm’s Higher Education and Government and Public Services practice, where she advised public health agency leaders, presidents, provosts, CHROs and CFOs on strategy, risk management, organizational design, workforce development and long-term planning.

Eileen has served on the graduate faculty at two universities and held senior roles at public and private institutions across the country, including VP for Student Affairs at Cal Poly Pomona, Vice Provost for Student Affairs at Grand Valley State University and Chief of Staff and Policy Advisor to the President at Bowling Green State University.

Eileen earned a PhD in higher education administration from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Science in guidance and counseling and a Bachelor of Science in marketing and theatre both from Eastern Illinois University. She has also completed executive leadership programs through the Harvard Institute for Educational Management and was selected for the U.S. Department of State’s Fulbright Specialist Roster, recognizing professionals who may be called upon to support international education and capacity-building initiatives worldwide.
